How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Customer Service
Reach out to our support team via email, phone, or live chat. Have your order number and product details ready.
Provide Required Information
Submit the following:
- âĸ Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
- âĸ Product serial number (if applicable)
- âĸ Description of the defect or malfunction
- âĸ Photos or videos demonstrating the issue
Assessment & Authorization
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine if it's covered under warranty. You'll receive a warranty authorization number if approved.
Product Return or Repair
Depending on the issue, you'll either:

- âĸ Take it to an authorized service center
- âĸ Receive a replacement product directly
Resolution
Your product will be repaired or replaced within 7-14 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Starting from 10% of product value
Extends coverage by 24 months
Starting from 15% of product value
